1. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during business hours. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET are processed the same day; orders placed after that time or on weekends will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons (sales, product launches, public holidays) processing times may be extended by 1–2 additional business days.


2. Free Worldwide Shipping

We ship to every corner of the world — completely free of charge, no minimum order required. No codes, no conditions, just free shipping everywhere.

4. Express Shipping

Express orders are given top priority - they are processed and dispatched before standard orders, regardless of when they were placed. If you need your order as fast as possible, express is the way to go.


5. Customs & International Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Rig Vert is not liable for customs-related delays.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.


7. Lost or Missing Packages

We've got you covered. If your order goes missing for any reason, don't worry - we take full responsibility and will do everything in our power to make it right. Simply reach out to us and we'll investigate immediately, working closely with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement. Your peace of mind is our priority.
