Return & Exchange Policy

 

At Rig Vert, we do our best to avoid returns, and we’re transparent about why.

All of our pieces are vintage and professionally repaired when needed. Each garment is carefully restored, checked, and prepared by professionals to ensure it’s in excellent condition before being released.

Every item is also accurately photographed, described in detail, and precisely measured to help you make an informed decision and avoid any surprises. We strongly encourage reviewing all measurements before purchasing to ensure the right fit <3

If, however, you believe an item was significantly misdescribed, please contact us and we’ll look into it carefully.

Returns

We accept returns only for orders delivered within the European Union.

Due to logistical and operational constraints, returns from outside the EU are not viable for our small business. Therefore, we do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the European Union (including the United States).

If your order was delivered within the EU, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

While shipping is always free, we do charge for returns to help us operate sustainably as a small independent business.

If you’re based in the EU and would like to return an item, you have two options:

1. Return it on your own

Send the item back using your preferred shipping method. Once it arrives safely, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding any original shipping costs, if applicable).

2. Return with our help

We’ll provide a return label and cover the return shipping. In this case, you’ll receive the full amount as store credit (via a discount code), with no expiration date.
